The Old Mill Holiday Hostel, run by the Carr family is centrally located in Westport Town, Co. Mayo.
Set in an old courtyard the building was originally constructed in 1780 but has undergone many changes over the years as you would expect. In the 1800's it was part of building used as a brewery and was later used as a storehouse, animal shelter and slaughter house, a chicken hatchery and finally in 1991 was modernised into a low budget holiday hostel serving visitors from all over the world as they explore the North West of Ireland.
