Tubbercurry Old Fair Festival

The Tubbercurry Old Fair Festival is a wonderful traditional small town festival that provides a wide range of entertaining activities for family to enjoy over five days in early August each year.

The Old Fair Day takes place on the Wednesday and you can experience traditions from bygone days in the heritage village, with live animals and craft stalls. Many of Ireland's most respected craftspeople will be there, presenting high quality pieces. Expect a dazzling range of unique products with everything from chocolates to high fashion. There is over 40 live demonstrations of traditional skills such as thatching, weaving, butter making, trashing, pottery making, rush work and much more. In addition, enjoy artisan food and breads, a kid's zone and over a hundred trade stands dotted throughout the town. Watch the talented street performances by theatrical groups and sing along to live music on the main stage. Tubbercurry Old Fair Day Festival is a must for all the family every August.
