Daniel O'Donnell Visitor Centre
The Daniel O'Donnell Visitor Centre charts the rise of the popular entertainer from his humble roots in Kincasslagh through to his huge international acclaim as a singer and entertainer.
Items on show the array of Gold, Platinum and Silver discs for record sales, the “This is Your Life” book presented to him on the popular UK TV show, and exhibits associated with his appearances at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
The wedding outfits worn by Daniel and Majella along with the white suit that he wore when he was a member of his sister Margo’s band. The TV room at the centre has lots of audio-visual clips of Daniel and the welcome clip is by International star Cliff Richard.
The Bank Bistro and Function Room give an excellent choice of foods and Coach Tours, are welcome.
