Boffin Lodge
Boffin Lodge is a purpose built 10 bedroom Guest House residence located in Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland. The Lodge is located just above the historical Quay area of Westport.
The lodge has a number of unique rooms such as a 4 Poster room and another with a steam room in the en-suite. This once thriving harbour has recently been totally renovated and boasts fine cut stone buildings which contain hotels, lively pubs and top quality restaurants.
The grounds that Boffin Lodge is built on were formerly occupied by lodging houses that served the inhabitants of a large offshore island called Inisboffin. When the islanders sailed into Westport to shop or travel further afield they strolled up from the Quay to find accommodation.
