The Grass Roof Café is a café within a trend-setting organic center. Using seasonal organic produce and herbs, the menu offers vegetarian meals, soups, salads and other dishes, as well as freshly baked breads and cakes. It is located to the north east of Sligo town near Glencar Lake.
